These terms govern access to Dataryo, including the public site, the hosted workspace, APIs, support channels, and any managed services we provide under an order form or workspace plan.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization whose workspace you are joining. If you are using Dataryo for an employer or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, using an accurate email address, and notifying us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for who they invite, what permissions they grant, and how they configure authentication and retention settings.
We may require reasonable identity verification before acting on requests that affect access, billing, or deletion. We can suspend sessions or credentials if we believe an account is being used in a way that threatens users, data, or infrastructure.
Your files, prompts, metadata, and workspace content remain yours. Dataryo receives the limited rights needed to host, index, transform, transmit, and display that content so the service can function.
Outputs generated through the product are part of the workspace record. You are responsible for reviewing them before using them in production, legal, financial, or other consequential workflows. AI output can be incomplete or wrong even when grounded to source files.
We do not claim ownership over your content, and we do not train general models on it. More detail on handling and disclosures is available in the Privacy Policy.
You may not use Dataryo to break the law, violate another party's rights, probe or overload the service, bypass access controls, or store or process content that you do not have permission to use.
- No reverse engineering, credential abuse, or unauthorized scraping
- No malware, phishing, or attempts to disrupt other tenants
- No use that violates export controls, sanctions, or intellectual-property law
- No deceptive use of AI output without human review where consequences are material
We can investigate abuse, remove prohibited content where required, and suspend access to protect the service, our customers, or third parties.
Paid plans are billed under the workspace plan shown at checkout or under a signed order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a commercial agreement.
If a subscription renews automatically, the workspace will continue until canceled before the next billing cycle. Taxes, bank fees, and procurement-specific terms are handled in the invoice or order form where applicable.
If payment fails, we may restrict premium features, pause new usage, or suspend the workspace after reasonable notice.
You may stop using Dataryo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if payment remains overdue, if required by law, or if continued service would create a security or operational risk.
We aim for stable, durable service, but availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, provider outages, or security incidents may affect access or performance. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service and preserve customer data.
Dataryo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except to the extent a signed agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected workspace during the 12 months before the claim, unless a signed enterprise agreement states a different cap.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change materially affects your rights, we will post the revised terms here and update the effective date.
